BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME
When I got in the venue I made sure to power walk to the front of the venue because I could hear they were playing their last song of the nigh ‘White Walls’. These guys were amazing even with the 1 song. Some of the most talented musicians I have ever seen live they made the crowd clap along and sing every word. Also a few air guitars took place while complex guitar pieces were being played. I am excited for their next album ‘The Great Misdirect’ out in October.
Setlist: (I saw)

The local boys are rocking Mississauga and this time did not get booed off stage. Rody told the crowd the tale about how they were booed off stage when they played with Limp Bizkit and Korn. But history never repeated itself; Protest The Hero rocked out hard and crushed everyone like vermin . The crowd knew lyrics to every song which caused the crowd again to singing along and again a few air guitars were played to these progressive rockers. They have a live cd/dvd ‘Gallop Meets The Earth’ out Sept 15, GO BUY IT.

Calling all Swedish to the stage, it’s time to show Canada what the other side of the world has to offer. In Flames took stage with Cloud Connected and from there on rocked the crowd with some new and some mid era In Flames tracks. I had a good time watching In Flames this time since last time they came in 2008 I was not surprised with the songs they played for the crowd cutting out some of their best songs. At times Anders would let the crowd sing for him which was able to happen since a lot of people were there for them. They said they will be back and with a new album which I hope is better then their last album.

Back with a new self titled album, they played a high amount of new material. Also they played a lot from their previous records giving it a nice mix. The sound was great from the band making very few mistakes since they are still early on the tour. I didn’t end up really watching them since I was occupied. If you have not yet, go pick up there latest album 'Killswitch Engage'.
