Kings In Vain
I came into the venue and this band were setting up their equipment. When they started right then and their I knew I was in for a boring set. Every song was the same having some thrashy intro then a breakdown. Even their live performance felt like it was choreographed cause they all did the same things the same time of jogging on the spot or the squat thing during breakdowns which made them look like they were taking a dump on the floor. Was happy when they were done.

Deterrence
The most professional band of the night, Deterrence set up some lights and floor boxes to widen up their set. They totally thrashed the set. The vocalist tried very hard to get everyone moving going crazy. Hopefully next time they are in Oshawa more people will come out and make a pit for them. Overall they I am sure won fans over.

Escaping Anxiety
Born Of Osiris wannabies is all I can say about them. They were really bad at singing and growling was pretty lame. The only thing about the band I will give them credit for is the guitarist/bassest had a lot of energy and they gave free chips away. I wanted some chips.

On Burning Shores
Final band of the night starting at like 1 am in the morning On Burning Shores brought down The Green Bottle. Kids were singing along and throwing down throughout the whole set. It is great to see a local band do so well here. Anyways everyone should check out their cd Common Ground its damn good.
